At Nitro Nails, we want you to be obsessed with your manicure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened or defective products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail polishes and liquids cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
